   As a real estate investing coach, I say, you could not have said this any better “You should also structure your business so that you are each utilizing your strengths.” Many newbie REI students try to take on all the work themselves and don’t take into consideration strengths that their business partner s may have to offer. This can slow down or even hinder a deal very quickly. Very informative article for new property investors.
